I purchased 2 of them. I can tell that in one of my tests (glass of hot water) they didn’t presented the same result. But my test in a table surface presented the same. I guess it is because of the emision that can be calibrated considering liquid x solids it might cause some measuring difficulty. But I’m pretty sure that having that in mind I’ll be able to use to what I intend. About the package I’m very dissapointed. I asked for an extra protection but both items arrived damaged but luckily didn’t affected the product.
